Mojo Sketch 83 and SCS Color challenge(with MIL)

Hey everyone, today I combined the color challenge over on SCS(pink pirouette, basic grey, and rose red)with the Mojo Monday Sketch and my Mother in law joined me today for a little card fun.
Here is my card for the challenges, I finally got to use one of my new stamp sets I've had this one for over a month and haven't had time to touch it. I also got to use some cool new glitter stickers that I got at michaels from k&Company, I Kinda just discovered them and I love, love, almost everything they make.

Recipe, ever after(stamp set), eyelet punch, k&company sparkle stickers, martha stewart butterfly punch, taylors tiny twinkles, (rock and roll technique on stamped image)

This is the card my mother-in-law Rhean made she is here visiting, this is the first challenge she has ever participated in wo-hoo for her. She did pretty well huh!

Recipe: Fifth Avenue Floral(stamp set), martha stewart butterfly ,punch, taylors tiny twinkles, dazzling diamonds, and you know the colors of cardstock.

I Made an Easter Card for my Great Grandma today using Taylors cupcake challenge sketch.
Here is my card. I kinda got some of this card from another card on scs but I changed it up a bit. I colored the image with a blender and ink from my ink pads. I bought this stamp set just for this image I just think its so sweet and soft.

Recipe: (Cardstock)so saffron, perfect plum, old olive, bella rose dsp. (Inks)choc chip, close to cocoa, elegant eggplant, baja blue, so saffron, olive and, kiwi, addarondak pitch black. dew drops, saffron ribbon. Martha stewart butterfly punch.

I did Kristina Werners color inspiration challenge today and I also used the Mojo Monday sketch.


Here is my card, Im not so sure how much I like it. I feel like my last two cards just dont got it. What it is im not sure. But I feel like Im missing a little mojo.

Friends 24-7(stamp set), Cardstock:whisper white, tangerine tango, choc. chip, polka dots Sab dsp. Half pearls, eyelet punch, apricot 1/4 inch grosgrain ribbon. Saffron and choc chip ink.

New stamps and SC Sketch

If you can believe I've had 6 new stamp sets that I got last month and I havent used one of them till now thats how busy I've been. Oh and believe me I've been itching to use them. So finally today I got to use one. I did the split coast sketch challenge 221. Here it is.

Mojo 75, Kwerner color inspiration 43

This card is for Kristina Werner's color inspiration challenge this week the colors were choc. chip, ruby red, pumpkin pie, old olive and, brocade blue. I used the mojo monday sketch for the card.

Recipe, all holidays stamp set, whisper white, old olive, choc chip dsp, brocade blue cardstock. ruby red and pumpkin brads. k&company chipboard. random flowers i had.

Limited Supplies Challenge

Hi Everyone,
It is so beautiful outside today, the snow is melting which always makes me happy.
And My DH is coming home today(yeah!!!!). I hate it when he is gone.

Todays challenge on splitcoast, was a challenging one for me, it was to make a clean and simple card. I went on the gallery before I made my card, holy cow there were some beautiful cards. I have always loved the clean and simple look Im just no good at it. I think this card took me as long as it does to make a normal(complicated)card takes me lol. So here it is.

Recipe: Always stamp set and short and sweet(little heart), riding hood red and whisper cardstock, Riding hood red, pink pirouette, and versamark ink.Irridescent Ice embossing powder, filigree brads and half pearl(hobby lobby) and priouette pink ribbon. Oh and threading water punch.

Taylors Cupcake Celebration(Card 7, 8 and 9)

This is Monika Davis's Sketch, this one I had a hard time with, I just dont do good with all circle cards. I used some more bella rose dsp, and some rinestones from Hobby lobby and my dreams du jour stamp set.

This was Stephanie Hargis's Sketch, I always love the way she does her cards the are so simple but really beautiful.

This is my card for her sketch I used a cupcake from Taylors Sweet Celebration Stamp set and broke out the copics to color him, I also used some kiwi double sided satin ribbon and the sentiment is from all holidays.

This is Sherrie Siemens Card it was a fun sketch to do it was the last card I did and I must say after making five cards today it was hard to keep the creative juices flowing but Im happy with how the card turned out considering.

I used my always stamp set again and some bella rose dsp, and some rinestones I got from hobby lobby yesterday.

Tayors Cupcake Celebration(Cards 5and6)

This is Jackie pedro's sketch Great Sketch, very cute.

I love how my card turned out, the fabulous flower stamp set is always good for big circles, I rock and rolled it before I stamped. I used my new fiskers threading water punch and the sentiment is from all holidays. And of coarse I used my nesties.

This is Debbie Baker sketch, I thought I wouldn't like this one but I loved how my card turned out.

This is my card for this sketch, I used my paisly backround stamp and my always set for the heart the sentiment is from hearts on fire(verve) I also Embossed he heart with irridescent Ice it looks so pretty in person

Here's my second card At first I didnt think I was gonna like this sketch but I ended up enjoying it. Its always fun when you get to whip out the copics to color. Taylors images are great for that. This Sketch Was Vicki Chrisman's sketch.

Taylors cupake Celebration(Taylors Sketch)

So Taylor is Celebrating a year of cupcake sketches. There a I think nine sketches total and she's there is a drawing for each sketch you participate in for $15 to her store and if you participate in all of them there is a drawing for $75 dollars I want to do all of them but we'll see if I can get it done. Here is Kristina's Challenge for this week. At first I thought I wouldn't do very well with these colors but I ended up liking them alot.

Here is my card I used my sweet stems stamp set again, and my swiss dots cuttlebug folder to emboss the yellow I think it turned out pretty cute.

Tecc51(my first card in more than 3 months)

Wow I cant believe it has been so long, I'm finally moved and have my stamp room mostly set up I was so itching to make something and so I decided to make a card for Taylors Cupcake challenge 51 cute sketch Taylor.

So here is my Card I finally got to use some of my new rasberry tart Dsp and my new stamp set Sweet Stems. I think it turned out pretty good for having not made anything for a while.
