I love my boys to death but with 4 you tend to feel like you have no me time so stamping is my stress unwind.

Not so Traditional Christmas(free for all 177)

I think I am obsessed with challenges!! They are just so much fun! I did this card for the Splitcoast Free for all challenge. The challenge was to do Christmas but with non-traditional colors. It was a little bit of a challenge but lots of fun and I really like how it turned out.
I used the Sycamore street dsp and ribbon from the SAB Catalog. Silver Glimmer paper and whisper white cardstock. Cut the border with MFT bracket edge die(love this!!!), popped the ornaments that were punched with the retired ornament punch on dimensionals. I used my stampin spritzer and some rich razzleberry, summer starfruit and pool party markers, and stamped the sentiment with the Sassy Salutations stamp set. TFL!

Color challenge 222

So I was super excited this morning when my brown friend knocked on my door and delivered my new in color stuff and I had to some of it, oh and I got my new catalog I was so excited.
So the challenge today was to use white and that you could use any color ink you liked but the card could only be one layer. So I used the Melon Mambo and the Bermuda Bay colors I am so excited about the new in colors they are awsome. This was actually one of the first clean and simple cards I have made that I actually really like.

Recipe: Melon Mambo ink and cardstock, Bermuda Bay ink, Taylors tiny twinkles, I used my fleur de lis border punch, ribbon from micheals, my nestabilities to trace the frame and great friend stamp set.
